Signal Intelligence Analyst
Worksite Location: Greenville, TX
Essential Functions:
Works under general supervision and will be responsible for the task leadership of one or more programs to include the daily oversight of courseware development activities and interfacing with the PMO and customer.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.
Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized. Problems are typically solved through advanced education or past experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop and deliver complex topics.
Some travel is required.
Qualifications:
6+ months experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Training development and delivery in a technical environment.
Knowledge and experience implementing training programs using an instructional design
methodology.
Required Skills:
Experience with in-flight, flightline maintenance, or FSR on one or more military ISR platforms.
Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and technical data.+
Preferred Additional Skills:
Formal U.S. military instructional experience desired (TRADOC, AETC)

Degree Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
